Personal training is more than a beginner program for a beginner. At Flow Training & Yoga, personal training programs are developed by incorporating cutting edge application of exercise science and life coaching for real results. We also ensure aspects such as sleep quality and quantity, daily postures and movements, past and present injuries, goals, nutrition and time management are incorporated into each program design.
